New Jersey Shore Chapter Update

May 7th project volunteers included: Iván Alvarez, Daniel Barry, Jim and Stephanie Carbin, Lenny Coulter, Ralph Di Iorio, Mark & Charles Dreyfus, Ron Granai, George Hogan, Troy Leid, James Luciano, Dave, Andrew and Luke Morris and Tony and Trey Panaro. The Jersey Shore chapter of the American Woodcock Society and the New Jersey Fish & Wildlife team have completed the third habitat project partnership on New Jersey Wildlife Management areas during the past three years. Year in Review: 2022 Updates for Chapter Engagement, Communications, and Membership

RGS & AWS grew in many ways, and we were excited to expand our team this year! In June, several RGS & AWS staff met in Pennsylvania for an outreach and chapter engagement trainings. They also joined the local St. Mary’s/Upland Bird Hunt Chapter for their Future Hunters & Handlers event. Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday and I want to highlight some incredible things happening at RGS & AWS. It has been a year of growth for us and I have been so impressed by how our team has navigated growing quickly, learning new skills, and working together for the future of conservation....

Pittsburgh, PA – The Ruffed Grouse Society & American Woodcock Society announced that Lisa Rossi has been promoted to the national Director of Chapter Relations and Fundraising Events, a new position both for Rossi and the organization.
