Inaugural Central Adirondack Chapter Conservation Dinner

Join the Central Adirondack Chapter to kick off another great year in the Northwoods!

Event includes a beautiful meal, cash bar, conservation conversations, raffles and a silent auction. You won’t want to miss it! Attendance limited to 40 guests.

Meal Choice:

• Queen Cut Prime Rib of Angus Beef, au jus, baked potato, vegetable du jour
• Crab Stuffed Flounder Filet, béarnaise sauce, wild rice, vegetable du jour
• Chicken Sorrentino, boneless chicken breast topped with breaded eggplant, prosciutto ham, provolone cheese with sherry butter sauce and side of pasta marinara
• Grilled Eggplant Rollatini, wild mushroom and sun-dried tomato filling over wilted spinach and side of pasta marinara

Proceeds go toward conservation of forest wildlife and support for the local chapter.
