Regional Engagement Coordinator
Regional engagement coordinators are responsible for chapter oversight and guidance, regional outreach and communication, member engagement, assisting with on-the-ground fundraising and community building. Serves as a direct contact for all chapters and a bridge between chapter members and the RGS & AWS national office.
Forest Conservation Director
Forest conservation directors oversee and manage all habitat conservation work, legislative efforts, grants and habitat partnerships across the region. They are responsible for spending RGS & AWS dollars to carry out the mission, managing the regional conservation team and other habitat conservation duties.
Regional Director of Development
Regional development directors lead philanthropy, planned giving, life sponsorships, corporate partnerships and other crucial aspects of organizational growth and sustainability. They work with the regional engagement coordinator and chapter leaders to hold impactful fundraising events throughout the region.
State Forestry Coordinators and Forest Wildlife Specialists
In each region, various conservation staff are responsible for on-the-ground habitat work and mission delivery, including forest management plans, localized habitat partnerships, county, state and federal conservation programs, stakeholder outreach, grants, public and private land habitat conservation, consulting and more. These staff members are excellent contacts for chapters, landowners, local legislators and state and federal agencies. Chapter members will connect with the state forestry coordinators and forest wildlife specialists through the forest conservation directors.
Director of Fundraising Events and Chapter Relations
Oversees the national engagement team, guides all chapter fundraising and engagement efforts, and directs RGS & AWS regional engagement coordinators in all mission delivery related to the chapters.
Finance and Administration Director
Has responsibility for all finance and accounting operations nationally.
Events Communication Coordinator
Oversees all event communications distributed by RGS & AWS national office, including flyers, posters, email blasts, etc. Additionally, creates and distributes digital branded materials, banquet packets and event and raffle tickets.
Director of Fulfillment Services
Manages and coordinates all merchandise and materials for events and engagements including firearms, RGS & AWS-branded materials and apparel, prizes, corporate sponsor merchandise, table materials, etc. Contact to the director of fulfillment should be directed through the regional engagement coordinators.
Member Services Manager
Member Services Manager Oversees all RGS & AWS memberships, sponsors and respective databases. Also, coordinates event-related membership information, national member drives and I.T. support regarding membership.
