The RGS & AWS insurance policy covers RGS & AWS-sanctioned events. Evidence of Coverage 2024(1).pdf can be provided to venues listing our coverage. If a facility needs to be listed as a certificate holder and additionally insured, the national office can submit the request and provide information. Please check in with the event facility early about any possible insurance coverage needed.
RGS & AWS’s insurance policy doesn’t cover donated trips or hunts used for auctions and raffles.
Some agencies require volunteers to have insurance coverage when working on habitat projects. Contact the regional engagement coordinator or forest conservation coordinator for further information.
