Event Supplies  

RGS & AWS wants to make sure chapters have the supplies needed to independently host any type of event. Chapters can order an event supply package through the regional engagement coordinator. To honor a chapter’s move toward independence, RGS & AWS will cover the first $400 of a chapter’s event supply purchases. This package includes items like signage, easels, buckets and miscellaneous items needed to host a fundraiser. This is optional but encouraged. Alternatively, a chapter may already have these items or have the ability to source the items locally at a comparable price. RGS-branded raffle ticket booklets can be ordered through the regional engagement coordinator. Theater tickets (non-branded colored tickets used for other raffles and games (be sure to have a different colored ticket for each game/raffle) can be purchased in many places online. The engagement coordinator will help guide the chapter in setting up event supplies for upcoming events.
