RGS & AWS members and supporters at all levels should feel like part of one large community, working together for a common good and bound by our shared mission. RGS & AWS members should take pride in the community at events, chapter meetings and elsewhere.
Community building is a key part of spreading mission and membership throughout the online conservation space. Chapter Facebook and Instagram pages are great places for this and are encouraged to be built and monitored in collaboration with a chapter’s Regional Engagement Coordinator. Please see specific guidelines related to these pages below. These online platforms can be invaluable when it comes to sharing public comment periods distributed by wildlife agencies, sharing volunteer opportunities and chapter events, asking questions of other upland hunters and dog handlers, and sharing successes and lessons learned both during and after the hunting season.
Each operating region has a Facebook account used to amplify messaging at the local level:

- Mid-Atlantic: RGS & AWS
- Northeast: RGS & AWS
- Southern Appalachian: RGS & AWS
- Western Great Lakes: RGS & AWS
