Greater Pittsburgh Area Chapter Fundraiser Shoot 2026

This event is a great opportunity to shake off the rust with 100 challenging clay targets, reconnect with friends, share a few stories, and maybe even settle some scores along the way.

A hot lunch will be provided by MISSION BBQ, and attendees will have the chance to win numerous door prizes. We’ll also be raffling off a beautiful side-by-side shotgun—just in time for the upcoming season.

Come out for a great day of shooting, camaraderie and conservation support.

Come join the Ruffed Grouse Society (RGS) and Backcountry Hunters & Anglers (BHA) at Stick City Brewing for a Birds & Brew collaboration night bringing together new and old friends who share a passion for conservation and the outdoors. Enjoy great company, raffles, and other exciting prizes. Stick City will also be brewing their renowned Umbellus Oat Stout—a beer crafted in celebration of the King of Uplands.

Join the Greater Pittsburgh Area Chapter President of RGS, Luke Onorato, and park staff in pursuit of one of the most unusual birds found in Pennsylvania. The woodcock, also known as the timberdoodle, night partridge, big-eye, bogsucker and mudsnipe, has seen a dramatic decline due to the loss of young forest habitat over many decades. Pennsylvania is currently at a 50-year low for young forest habitat.
