RGS & AWS welcomes LeeAnne Messner as a staff accountant. A lifelong Pittsburgh resident, Messner went to college at Duquesne University where she earned her master’s/undergrad in accountancy. Messner has spent the last decade working in corporate accounting at US Steel and BNY Mellon, most recently as a Senior Accountant in the controller’s office at BNY.
For the past year she’s taken a sabbatical from the corporate world to focus on her new baby, Ziggy. Messner is excited to rejoin the workforce as a staff accountant for RGS where her efforts will be focused on accounts payable and grant accounting and acting as liaison between the two.
She currently resides in Pittsburgh with Ziggy, her husband Nate and her two cats Frankenstein and Yogi.
