This is a benefit for the Mid-Hudson Valley Ruffed Grouse Society Chapter. Some proceeds will benefit local habitat projects.

This served 3 course meal is prepared by acclaimed chef Peter Fazio of Bocce (Fire Island). Menu to include various game dishes. Dessert, Coffee Beer, Wine, Water, and Soda provided.
