This served 3 course meal is prepared by
acclaimed Chef Peter Fazio of Bocce (Fire Island)
Menu items may include Pheasant, Goose, Duck, Venison,
and whatever game meat comes into possession.
Dessert and Coffee
Beer, Wine, Water, and Soda provided.
