CZ-USA Extends Commitment to Ruffed Grouse Society

April 28, 2020 by Ruffed Grouse Society

CZ-USA extends commitment to forest wildlife conservation in partnership with Ruffed Grouse Society & American Woodcock Society.

CORAOPOLIS, Pa. – The Ruffed Grouse Society & American Woodcock Society are proud to announce an extension of their corporate partnership with CZ-USA, an importer, manufacturer and distributor of shotguns. The partnership will directly fund the RGS & AWS mission efforts to expand forest wildlife habitat through working forests. In addition CZ-USA will play a key role in supporting membership growth along with hunter recruitment and retention efforts.

“CZ-USA is excited to be a corporate sponsor again this year for Ruffed Grouse Society,” said Dave Miller, Shotgun Product Manager at CZ-USA. “Their commitment to conservation and vision for healthy forest habitat aligns with our conservation initiatives. By doing this, they are preserving our hunting traditions and hunting heritage, a mission which we cannot support enough!”

Corporate partnerships provide critical funding for the habitat and conservation mission of RGS & AWS. CZ-USA imports shotguns that eventually find their way into the hands of many ruffed grouse and woodcock hunters. RGS & AWS members will continue to see CZ-USA shotguns at banquets, shoots and other events. In addition, RGS & AWS, along with its membership, will receive primary access to CZ-USA products and personnel.

“We are extremely excited to continue growing our partnership with the team at CZ-USA,” said Sean Curran, Vice President of Mission Sustainability. “During a time when companies might pull back due to these unprecedented circumstances, the long term vision of CZ-USA is to continue investing in the conservation-based mission of RGS & AWS. Their support has been making a positive impact on healthy forests for years and we are very grateful to partner with such a forward looking business.”
