In 2019, RGS/AWS Forest Conservation Director Jon Steigerwaldt sat on the selection committee for the Cherish Wisconsin Outdoors Fund (a habitat fund made possible by Wisconsin hunters who volunteer to donate to an endowment while purchasing hunting licenses).
